About our Board of Directors
Governance & Leadership
CMHA Lambton Kent plays a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and families across Lambton and Kent counties. Last year alone, more than 7,000 youth and adults reached out to us for support.
Strengthening our Board is essential to ensuring that we can continue to meet these needs with compassion, accountability, and innovation. Our Board members bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and skills to the table. They provide critical governance oversight, guide the implementation of our strategic priorities, and help us maintain strong relationships with our partners, funders, and community stakeholders. Their leadership enables us to respond effectively to emerging challenges, expand essential programs, and continue advocating for the mental health system our community deserves.
If you believe mental health care changes lives and you’re ready to contribute your expertise, lived experience, and leadership where it truly matters, consider joining us in building stronger services and healthier communities. Our formal recruitment campaign takes place every spring but we are happy to meet with interested candidates year round. You can learn more on our Board of Directors Recruitment page under Get Involved (click here). Reach out to us at communications@cmhalambtonkent.ca to learn more.
