Regardless of our mental health experience, we all deserve to thrive.
In any given year, one in five Canadians will have a mental illness, but five in five—all of us—have mental health. I have it, you have it, and just like our physical health, we all need to take care of it.
Ride Don’t Hide is a nationwide fundraising bike ride that brings mental health out into the open. Ride Don’t Hide engages Canadians in protecting, celebrating and supporting mental health, by bringing it into the open and raising the critical funds for mental health programs in their own communities.
Ride Don’t Hide is an integral, interactive and engaging part of the mental health conversation happening across Canada. Ride Don’t Hide shows Canadians that they are not alone, whether they live with a mental illness, are impacted by a loved one’s mental health, or simply struggle some days to feel like their best selves.
In order to thrive, we all need a good sense of self, and we all need purpose, contribution, hope, resilience and belonging. Ride Don’t Hide offers Canadians a chance to connect to their mental health and to their communities, and to add their voices to the nation-wide conversation on the life-changing importance of mental health.
Ride Don’t Hide is your chance to join the conversation.
Together, we can bring mental health into the open, and ensure that Canadians have the mental health support they need to thrive. Join us on June 23rd. and bring mental health into the open in Lambton Kent.

The funds raised support vital services and programs such as Community Mental Health Education and Promotion. These programs impact the lives of families, provide crisis support for youth and support the continuation of community outreach and suicide prevention education in all schools in Sarnia/Lambton and Chatham/Kent. Your sponsorship enables us to continue this essential work.
