The Chatham-Kent Youth Wellness Hub (formerly ACCESS Open Minds Chatham-Kent) brings together existing community partners who are committed to working in a new collaborative and innovative way, offering a “one-stop shop” for young people aged 12-25 and their families looking for mental health support. Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is an initiative that aims to bring the right services to youth (and their families) at the right time and in the right place.
When the Chatham-Kent YWHO first opened it was called ACCESS Open Minds. We are now called YWHO however way we deliver services remains the same. Watch this great video to better understand how YWHO (and ACCESS Open Minds) is different.
