Mental health promotion and education help build healthier communities and reduce stigma around mental illness. CMHA Lambton Kent offers educational sessions for youth, adults, families, community groups, and workplaces across Lambton County and Chatham-Kent.

Our sessions focus on topics such as understanding mental health, self-care, resilience, youth mental health, and creating supportive environments at home, in school, and in the workplace. Through education and community partnerships, we aim to provide practical knowledge and tools that help individuals and organizations support mental well-being.
