Public Education
Mental Health Education and Promotion sessions are available for people 15 years and older across Lambton County and Chatham-Kent. These presentations can often be offered at little to no cost, helping make mental health education accessible to our community. While these sessions do not provide a certification, they offer valuable learning opportunities to increase understanding of mental health, build skills, and connect participants with local resources and supports.
