A Message from our Board Chair and CEO: In May of 2017, we at CMHA Lambton Kent, along with our CMHA family from coast to coast, recognized our 66th annual Mental Health Week. Each year mental health week continues to grow, and this year we were joined by an unprecedented number of supporters, people from all walks of life, who value the importance of mental health.
